Okay with this point I agree with Sausage. General might be not the right candidate for the blade. We can always discuss and come up with a better i mean more appropriate boss for it.

There is only one Christmas Blade ingame and that only has 2 more base damage.... Make a hard boss drop it.. Then it might be ok.

I kinda like the idea for this weapon, i agree it is too over powered at the moment, so why not knock the dex mod down to +1, vamp to .15, and BD down to 22 or even 21. That way you have a nice alternative to hally/RB - and if you're gonna give it to a pally, well they need all the help they can get.
Maybe even make it pallys only?

perhaps could be an alternative for the thing that drops the antlers...when I made this it was before the sand wurm hide was put out so the lvl could be changed.
