That item is like, double the power of the blade of time due to vampiric, plus nothing more needs to be added to Chronos. Meanwhile, charisma bonus theoretically balanced by a practically useless stat mod and 30% chance to drop in opposition to the insanely low chance to drop the blade, AND magical?...
