Maybe 15 armor is a bit much to add, but then again maybe mages need it? I mean people always complain about how much they suck, the extra armor for the robes combined with AoP should help em, poor things.
I dunno about the goblin thing dropping it, and as well, i don't reckon you should have a lvl 28 item in a lvl 25 max area? The -1 charisma is a nice touch too

for example ..and no i obviusly didnt sit yet and think of all the specifics....but using elshira for example ...she drops a shield known as The Sentry Guard ..its a shield with +8 defense...and maybe she drops a bracelet or ring "The Queens Gaurd...maybe +1 defense . ragardless of what items she drops have 2,3 4, or so random drops ,items that posses little quality unless all are worn together or so when u equip a new item of the set the over enchantments or defineing qualitis rise or become enchanted in one form or another ...i think the idea of having such "sets" of things is good but not to stray so far into ..the modifiers such as + to dex and all ....we have spider gauntlets ..let the queen drop spider gloves...they equipped with a ring and shield of the same set equal an armor base of (sysops discretion) but alone are nothing or minimal....i know what i mean just cant figure out how to put maybe some of you can better describe it .......what im trying to say........anyway just some thoughts

alternative idea, up base to 10, lev to 15 but make it more rare, 200-300 elshiras is about right

I like Hydrilla's idea. Maybe for example make some gloves with like +1 armor, but when equipped with rose blade add +1 to base damage and make it magical - that way there's a choice between SGs and hally, or the gloves and a RB.
And having SGs on with a Spider Staff equipped should do something special too lol

Not to sure what the descriptions like, seems ok to me but my opinion will be biased  Could be a possible alt. drop for the Spider King? I'm aware that the special effect might take a while to code, or JLH might not want to.. but it's just an idea.
Edit: or, the opposite could happen. When you attack, it could web them. But, that would then make the ring useless to clerics and pacifists, and the % chance would need to be lowered.

Ahh yes sausage but you see "if" there was some kind of bonus for it "then" people might want to use it As it currently is, maybe it's not the best way to train your lvl 27 pally i agree
