that would be a great idea if this thread was about potions, but all i want with this is to be able to attack myself. i don't know how else to explain this except with a puppet presentation, but really, it's just attacking yourself, it's a little more personal freedom for your characters, it's not abusable, it has nothing to do with potions, it's seriously only hitting yourself. jebus.

Do you mean forearm slit? Your cutting the same viens, but instead of cutting across the vein, creating a waterfall effect, by cutting up the vein, they turn flat/invert, meaning they are a hell of a lot harder to stich up. Of course, my screwdriver message is always the most effective technique.

Think he means that the normal wrist action only touches the veins and you need a fair bit of time on your hands to bleed to death. Heading up north a little gives you more chance of liberating an artery and hits the fast-forward. At least that’s the way I always understood it, but you can count me out for trials.

Well, hitting yourself around would be quite fun.. I like this idea, and if you must, for RPing purposes have a /suicide command, you should be able to do it in towns, but with twice the dieing penalty. It should have the following layout, or something similar.
/suicide [message].
For example:
/suicide whacks himself too many times with his rubber knife.
Would do:
Mecrenary whacks himself too many times with his rubber knife, killing him.
Perhaps some special color.
You could do the same thing using a rubber knife and attacking yourself, but it might take a while.
Imagine people protesting some clan movement.
Mecrenary stabs himself with his Justice Blade saying "I demand justice!", killing him.
Conquerer shakes his Halberd in anger, and cuts off his head, killing him.
Mecrenarys_archer Shoots himself in the head saying, "DOGGONE YOU EVIL PEOPLE", killing him.
This is my view.
