Sounds on NM would annoy me...but then I have all sounds disabled and rarely even turn on my speakers in case I happen upon a website with some tedious loop of It's a Small World--or worse, a midi version of Enter Sandman.

Gotta agree with Valentine, Copyright laws are the main reason why a lot of things won't work, like the sending in your own picture idea again. Besides sounds and clips would become old after a while, then you would have arguements about taking them off. It really doesn't do any good.
