gah that's gonna be crappy the big guy's (read tr) are just gonna get em all. and if you can earn them in moshes or tripplex i'll never be able to get some of em cuz there are hardly any moshes during the times i can play. (and there is never a mosh during times i can play without lag

Well, for an attempt at balance they will probably not make it boss or mosh earned, as people in TR will get more then likely get all of them if they do, I'm guessing it will be based on level and race (humans and half-elves get a small bonus to them) and I'm guessing that it will either go to a stat such as strength, dexterity or constitution, or will go to resistances to certain attacks.
As far as attribute points go though, your guess is just as good as mine. I'd be all for attribute points going for skills though.

Sorry guys, but attribute points are earned by killing bosses and stuff, there might be other ways, but I believe the current understanding is that bosses give you attribute points, but u may only recieve one off each boss, even still, thats gonna be d**n hard to get considering the monopoly on bosses these days, and that's just for the tough guys, can't even imagine what it would be like for the little guys. Pre reset nightmist you were given 8 extra points upon rolling to allocate over your stats as you should see fit, which was cool, cus peeps had thier own unique strengths and weaknesss, which all fitted into a greater balance.
