I like Gaddy, my dwarf cleric.
I'd think elves would be best for bosses w/ pacis w/ JZ, since they can get more mana and spell up more crits at one time.
Dwarves for bossing and training when you need to survive.
Dwarf in mosh, no one can kill you til your out of mana or you make a mistake. (i make too many mistakes  )
I'd say overall dwarves, just because of highest hp. Really halfling and elves would be my 2nd pick, elves first due to higher char and wis making them eassier to TRAIN the CLERIC to arch. Humans....i dont see anything that would make me perfer them over anything else...gnomes are alright i guess...but i wouldnt choose one if i had my pick.
O, Elves also because they'll do more damage on healing bosses like SK and DG. They can also cast AR and RF on larger parties.
Fighting in a mosh, dwarves. Fighting a boss, elves (most have pacis protecting them, or woudlnt be picked as first to die), elves could spell up more stuff at once. Fighting in duels dwarf since they can survive. Halflings are good due to extra armor and being able to get 24 dex w/o mods...but my dwarf is almost never w/o 23 dex on...i cast holy might any time i am anywhere other than when i train for long periods of time in a place i cant leave and get back to quickly (where you dont get jumpped)

also around the same hp as human and like 5-10 lower then elf
i think by far they are the best pking clerics but if u like to heal and run from pkers get elf or a human their fun

Sorry for bringing up an old post. But you're a tad wrong there. The fizzle of any spell caster is based on its wisdom and level, except for mages, in that case it's int.
