Is Dwarf a good class for a Cleric? What are the pros/cons of having a Dwarf Cleric and a good place to train at level 19?

Pros: High HP, ok MP, high strength (although, very few care for strength)..

Cons: only ok MP, not high. Won't heal as much on people and monsters- So, in a way, slightly longer to train.

Best bet it seems, is to have an Elf and Dwarf in your party.

dwarfs are good for duels... elfs good for bosses...lings ok for both...

Dwarven Clerics can take a hell of a lot of punishment compared to their Elven and Halfling counterparts, but as alone says, cannot heal as well - they cannot dodge as well either. Dwarves are more or less tanks of bone-and-flesh!

As for training areas for level 19... best bet is probably Underground Barracks and Illuminated Tunnels. If you are feeling brave you could also try the 2nd floor of the Museum, although you need a reasonable-sized party to go there.

infact when your in a moderatly good person shoes id use a dwarf for everything

when people know who you are u tend to get jumped alot and as with elfs and halfers and humans and anyother race theifs can kill you after 2 and in most cases a mage can round you (mages struggles on elf) but with a dwarf thiefs will most likly need to take more than u clicks at you therefore i have a bit more time to get to my cleric and heal i find i last a bit longer althought when i got training ill take to clerics but if i where to choose outa ravage polo and universe id choose ravage

I've used a dwarf cleric for 90% of my cleric needs and found i like them the best, main idea as far as picking out dwarf stats for a cleric is something off on str..you dont want an attacking crit to be lower on str then they can be..so why not use it on a healer ya know
