If you have ever tried going up at SGH you will notice that the letters are green instead of the usual red i wanna know what is up there

A Planar Dragon is over there.
If I were the rain... that binds together the Earth and the Sky, whom in all eternity will never mingle... would I be able to bind two hearts together?

any room where pandi goes and players can't ahve the planar dragon in it

To make a long story short, the room is called the throne of omnipotence, which is actually part of Pandilex's tower. To enter you need the amulet of Pandilex. The planar dragon moves wherever Pandilex moves it to, appearently that room is it's new location, as far as I remember it can't be killed, and if Pandilex feels like having it do it, it heals people, which can get very annoying.

Simon should let the planar dragon move around all of NM and be able to kill people, even in cities.
