Using windows vista on my laptop, none of the skins fit the screen? why?

Oo Never hear of that problem, I have Vista on my Laptop and skins work fine, something in your settings maybe?

no clue... its brand new computer so im not sure wut the problem is....
the experience covers up the spot where it says Weapons and armor, the items dont go in their box like they're supposed to, and i'm using the basic skin, where its supposed to fade white at the bottom is in the middle and under it is just black
