Well, collected together all the ingrediants to make my self something shiney at some cost, get into the tower to start combing the ingrediants to find there is no couldren.

I know (or have a fairly good idea why it has been halted) - to avoid speculation could we get a forum announcement/system announcement explaining why please. And if/when things will get going again

JLH told me last night on msn that because of the forum getting hacked the Craftering will be all changed... also due to the fact because got a lot of info about it..

We can thank God for this apparently...Beautiful, I can't even tell you how much gold some people I know used for the alchemy portion of this, and now it has to all be re-tested...

i would hope those people will be told the new formula. especially for cirtain items thats cost unlucky amounts of gold to make

Edit: Also if monster drops are to be changed that would really stink - especialy cirtain ones that took a whole bunch of testing to find (spirit essence being one)

Some parts of the crafting tower have been removed, some remain. The parts that were removed may or may not appear again at some point in the future, and if they do, they may be modified from their original form. The staff are still debating what to do with this.

Personally, I'm none too happy with this either. I know many of you spent quite large amounts of time, energy, and gold in working out recipes that will now be worthless. If it is any consolation, the amount of energy and time sunk into creating well-balanced and challenging recipes was as large, if not larger.

The thing is that God had got into staff section of forum, found alchemy recipes there and gave out to his friends, friends gave to their friends...etc

well all i can think - is that now makes viper claws a rare - gg to all of us that figered them out quickely. The bunus should be that the druid dosnt return.

But now im really annoyed - checked the top floor and its been removed. lol this really sucks i have been spedning an aweful lot of time collecting ingrediants for a particular armour recipie. like a shed load of time on one particualar thing and its gone.
I hope he is permbanned on every crit, and have them destroyed to, as well as anyone sad enough to take recipies off him.

Kris, God, got into the forum and checked out the staff section and saw all the recipes and everything of the sort. He told someone, someone told someone else, and so on, until someone told JLH.

(At least that's what I was told by Mike)

Kris aka God, hacked the forum, got into the staff section took all the crafting recipies and then passed them round. so basically people knew allot of really hard stuff they would have taken ages figering out.

So where ever the information has been leaked from im actually being used for the scape goat on this one
When stuff being leaked this one hasent been me so before you all assume of accuse me for this one you can think again

k heres what i got, kris hacks forum, kris decides to send me info, that i didnt use, was going to tell jlh, jlh didnt answer the day i got it, forgot the next day, someone asked about a potion, i told, then they told, then they told, i had no intentions of crafting anything, and never did nor will, and talked to jlh of it, so pls clear my name from this as i did nothing, nor asked for the lists, he just said wanna know how to do this? i said lets see what u got... and was only list of potions, so mike, way to get the entire thing, maybe you should have asked jlh before doubting my integrity u smutbag

find it very telling that JLH has not commented on this. We can all point fingers and speculate on just what happened until we are blue in the face but the bottom line is that the only people that actually KNOW what happened are KrisI, and I would imagine JLH and Simon. I dont see why Kris would admit to hacking the forums but wouldnt admit to the rest of it? Doesnt make much sense. He admits to hacking them so we all know he could have made EVERYTHING on the staff forums public if he wanted to. But he didnt obviously. Imo it's just dumb to blame one person when it's obvious that more then one person had a hand in this. It's the old trickle down effect.
