If your clan is picky about member level, then this could ensure that it was maintained.. It's by far not essential, but would just be a nice option to have there.

Example:

/clan level set 15

This would set the minimum level required to join your clan to the above. If you decided to lower or raise the minimum then this could be changed with the same command.

I can see a down side of this being that certain members would be booted if it was raised; However if the clan has already decided it doesnt want anyone below a certain level then they would surely be booted anyway? If not, a memo could be sent out a few days before the change.

Another point is, do we really want entire clans of level 30's? A maximum level could be set.

A minor suggestion, simply for convenience.

I actually like this idea.. supported. I was debating of having a level limit in my clan as well and this would kinda help keep track of clan members and such.

First part has been brought up before, i doubt itll be put in, but now all those who have half their clans full of lvl 10's might needa start training them again to get them back up 1 one spot. The second part sounds like a punishment for being strong, sounds like you dont want a weak clan, but not a strong clan either. /shug Aight all yall flamers, i carried the torch in, let it burn baby! Flame on?

I was merely considering that a clan of level 30's might not be desireable. Personally i don't care..

EDIT: My meaning of "do we really want an entire clan of level 30's" didnt imply a level LIMIT, but a limit to how high the '/clan level set' could go?

Stop trying to delay vital game upgrades like this by countering the original reason with common sense please.

I agree with JLH. This new command is not neccessary for the game. Just tell your founders and leaders that you only want people over level 15. I've never gotten the idea why people want a level limit anyway.

Oh, only reason I didn't choose to support is just because I don't like the Clan Level Limits, probably reasoning why I havn't had a decent clan, but I believe all members should be welcome, except for jerks :( (narrows down the choices for members)
