Problem: Players constantly seek attention from staff for little to no problem, FORCING them to cloak. They could ban everyone that does it, but the threads that currently exist saying 'plz pay etention 2 me' or whatever will just be replaced with 'omg lok i was banded becuz i em nto frends wit staf!1//'. With a much smaller userbase it was hard enough - now it must be hell.
Solution: someone make a thread in general discussion with all the possible problems new players face, the questions they will most likely ask etc. From this, maybe they can be persuaded to add sections to the FAQ to deal with these aching problems that need such urgent assistance - anything else, such as unique problems can be sent to Pan/JLH via e-mail I'm sure.

They have the cloak function to be able to work on things wihtout getting page after page. After all, they still see all the yells in the game.
And I agree with Harky. Adding to the FAQ might stop a lot of questions ingame. It would also help if newer players read the help and technical support forums occasionally. I know a lot of my questions were answered there, because someone else had asked them already.

Before I re-installed nightmist I had a nice macro with a link to the faq but I've not re-written it since I lost all my macros heh. Just spend more of my time answering them and less of the newbs time searching for them, but hey I'm a happy guy!

They dont need to personally show themselves to you, they have better things to do.
Unless you can come up with a good reason why you need to see them then just leave it alone... If you just wanna see them to 'make sure their still there' They are, I guarantee it... lol They wouldnt leave, nightmist is like internet crack... They cant leave...
