For fast levelling I highly suggest the swamps with a torch. At those tender young levels you can't beat the exp you get there. That goes for all classes (Excluding magic users... cept druids)

Do not train non-healers in the rax, it isn't good exp. Bears and trolls are going to be best for you unless you've got a good healer. Swamps are always good until you can no longer make more exp than you lose, and you need to run though stream quickly so as not to be injured or killed there.
Trolls are best in my opinion because you can train off them w/o a healer and w/o dying over and over, wasting time with the movement of going back to swamp and re-gaining exp you already got...basically north of BT and between sarka is where i suggest....get off main path though.
