Best place to level up a level 20?

Yea im level 20 and just wanna know any advice on where I can level up at level 20, I know the answer is gonna be simple but ive only been playing like a month and just wanna know.

do you mean train or buy training?
if you mean train then there are several places like the orc caves or gnoll caves, both are decent enough places for lower levels . . . (check out a few maps on the nightmist website)
If you mean buy training I think its RestHaven Berserkers guild . . don't quote me on that as Im not 100% sure
