Which is better MP wise?
I know stormwrath does 40-50 damage for 10 Mp.
I'm waiting to set my morph because I'm picky. 
I'm just trying to find out, for training purposes, which is better?

after level 25 its a lot more efficient to train using morph as stormwrath is a real mana eater
as for duels its all about who your dueling and your crits level and items

Not trying to cause an arguement, but you use quite a bit of mana with Righteous Fury? and Enhance. I don't really know; but in my opinion StormWrath is better cause you can always use Heal if your badly injured too, and your cleric has no stamina? *shrugs*

Not as much as you use with stormwrath. Not sure of the exact amount it costs, but I think its around 10? I'd much rather use R/F and enhance (which you have to cast like once every minute) and hit for 100 damage, instead of using 30 mana every 3 stamina just to do 150 damage with ALL three attacks.
Use heal if your injured? rofl, thats amusing heal gives you what, 18 hp? its not worth the effort, and to use RF you need a level 23+ cleric, which means it has aid which heals for 80+. Slightly better than the druids heal isn't it?

How do you morph when almost out of mana? It takes 100mp.

lol ok, on the off chance that your arch cleric has no stamina left and your low on hp, I guess it could be useful to be able to heal for 18 hp. But I think i'd rather do 100+ a round and try to kill the monster instead, or use the emergancy pot I carry (I normally have 13 crystals and 1 pot when I train, in case someone trys to attack me or my cleric runs out of mana)
