Actually he could of made the client with vb. It requires no programming. Just dragging boxes and adding text etc. I have done it before. The programming part is for actual things to work which he probably hasn't done. Its visual basic not c++ where you have to define every value for everything.

nah, hes stolen it from dungeon siege. you get three stats, might, magic and dexterity. as you use melee combat, your might increases, as you use ranged attackes your dext increses and as you use magic your magic increases. the higher the stat the more effective it becomes. basically its like leveling up each stat. all hes done is rename them, to will, might and grace i think.

Thanks to bill for letting me use his account to explain, and i wish you all good luck, and happy roleplaying.

Now the way I understand him here is that Gwerradon may have the ideas and designs for a nice game, but not the knowledge to actually create it, unlike JLH and Pandi, who not only have the ideas, but also the knowlege (bricks) to build the game.
He may be able to design nice graphics and create images of how his client WOULD look like, but if graphic design was the only element needed, a lot of people would have created MuD games by now.
To make a long story short, Gwerradon may be a good architect, but no architect can put up a house without material and workers.
