You would leave to the north, then headwestward, a little south, west again past the stonelords lair, keep heading west, past a path that led south (Elven village? I can't remember), where you would have to then head north, where you would encounter Could City on your west. Bypassing Cloud City and carrying on North, would take you to Northkeep. Inbetween Cloud City and Nightmist, you could head north at one point, into the Temple of Giants, where the Ogre Lord chilled. Past him to the west, then north was Pern Valley.
Everything else is a bit fuzzy in my head, as in the information just posted.
