Ok the for lvls 4-11 the guild is in the dark alley (From Nightmist sewers entrance you go 2e 6n then all the way east) From lvls 12-19 is in BT (north of armor shop) From lvls 20-24 is in arilin (go all the way east to the thieves guild on knowledge street and back track 1 west then 1 north) From lvls 25-28 is in RH (go all the way east on wisdom lane) As for lvls 29 and 30 im not sure yet and i dont think anyone will soon...but by time u lvl it to 30 you will probably have found it already.
