i bought a level 19 crit with a name already an arch crit from main server, will this crit get banned after sometime because of the name?

gold that i worked hard for usually goes in buying armors, weapons and spells ..... is it possible to have free name change after you bought a crit??? or atleast we can have a free name change on nm1alt before the end of April 2007 just to set things straight.
