Pking And A Day Of Respite

I had an idea...For the newcomer, pking can be quite demoralizing. How about 1 day or a few hours in one day where pking is offlimits? Anyone breaking that set day or time could be daybanned or somesuch? Just a thought I wanted to throw out there =)
