It's kind of my fault people started using them, sorry JLH.
I had asked on the old forum, and had no objections, hense why I used it here too.

The big deal is, it isn't affecting anyone. So what does it matter?

it is because people will eventually start using bigger and bigger sig pics (maybe more than one) resulting in massive threads where it is difficult to see the text for all the graphics.
also note, i think i disabled flash movies too.

Nothing more annoying than a bunch of huge signature pictures. Also I don't think people should copy the avatars that staff use ...!

Sigs have never been allowed, other than Text.

Ive had it that way for about a month on the old forum, no one had a problem there.

have to agree with JLH and Pandi, it's incredibly annoying when people have like, 3 long rectangular sig pics. Becomes hard to read text suprisingly

i have to agree with this, i hate it when people have big pics and it takes forever to load the page, which has little content at all, just pics. plus, it is their game, so why complain if they dont allow pic sigs

i have no problem with pic sigs, but just to be courteous you should not have them cause some people have a slow internet. can we all just learn to play nice?

might I point out that even though ur on 56k and it dosn't take that long to download... remember that people with a less powerfull graphics card it would take longer, and it also depends on how close to the phone company they are for speed...
