ok i googled it and it looks like jlh screwed something up :P i found this.

Generally, this happens because someone forgot a 'use' command
somewhere. Most likely, the script being run doesn't have 'use RT::blah;'
in it anywhere that is within scope of RT.pm's line 13. The script
knows to look for RT::blah because there is probably a line something
along the following: my $a = RT::blah->new();

read about the same on some other sites. dunno why only some ppl have that problem tho :S

that's nothing to do with it, it's actually due to the way in which server's talk to internet explorer. Internet explorer displays the page when the server disconnects the communication channel. With my new system of running server proxies on my 2 router pcs, the nightmist server is disconnecting the channel as soon as the data is sent to the proxy (very fast over lan), so the proxy sometimes disconnects the relay channel to the client (your browsers) before all the data has been transmitted. This is fixed in the next update.

I've been getting a cannot find server message for most parts of the site- all sales, clan profiles, search, clan sales, current players, name swap, etc. Any idea why? tried usin firefox and IE, and firewall is off.

This is to do with sneaky's thing, not the original message about white pages and strange messages ^^

On AOL it always used to be like this for me anyway, and I know that before JLH said something to me about port 8080 being blocked, but it didn't make a difference whether I enabled it or not.
Thing is, it used to load in IE. And now it hasn't been loading in that for quite some time....

With firewall off I get Sneaky's "Cannot Find Server" message or (if it feels like it, as sometimes it does) a "This page cannot be displayed"
Also when I do this, I lose the top menu beneath the white error pages and have to resort to using the text menu (at which point I get confronted by more white error pages ^^)

With the firewall on I get an "Action Cancelled" message, but don't have to resort to the text menu, but again... almost everything just gives me another "Action Cancelled" message.

So it's still not working for me either

Yes I know JLH said to msn him... but if he's going to say things like the quote about servers and proxys from before, I'm not going to have a clue what gets said to me anyway ^^;
