Decided to test hypnotise success rate with base charisma 21 and 30 charisma with mods on Time Knight since his hypno resistance is pretty high. My 36 elf ranger with 30 charisma had 57 successful hypno's and 43 fails, without the gear at 21 base charisma, 60 were successful and 40 were fails. Does charisma mods not effect hypnotise?

If that is the case, that is something else I'd really like to see fixed!

40 ling ranger with 28 chr, 66 successful, 34 fails.
19 chr, 68 successful, 32 fails.
