Despite them not being allowed to wear armour, a few players do like to deck out their Berserkers with as much equipment as possible. The Coliseum has helped in this respect, but the shield and gloves slot for Berserkers leaves little to be desired. Currently they can't wear any gloves at all, and the only 'shields' they can wear (unless I've overlooked something) are the Hooded Lantern and the Elongated Tobacco Pipe, both don't really give an image of a big mean berserker!

Library info for Darkfang Bracers: (Shield)
Armor base: 0, Can be worn by: berserkers, Description: Cylinders of grey wolf fur wrap around your forearms, shimmering slightly in the starlight and helping to conserve body heat during an unforgiving night. Not particularly effective at protecting you from anything other than the elements, this is counterbalanced by the presence of long, bloodied fangs emerging from the fur at the terminus... a terrifying warning to those who would dare stand against you., Level needed to equip it: 25, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 0, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: 0.

To obtain... rare drop from Wolf Lord. Not sure what would drop it on the 1-alt server.

Library info for Fingerless Gloves:
Armor base: 0, Can be worn by: clerics, druids, fighters, mages, paladins, rangers, thieves, berserkers, pacifists, Description: Crafted from strips of tan-coloured bear skin, these fingerless gloves are designed with dexterity in mind, snugly keeping the hands warm in a cold climate, but leaving the fingers and thumb free to work. Physically they offer very little protection, although a small, fur-free pad over each palm helps to improve grip., Level needed to equip it: 10, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 0, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: 0.

To obtain... give a Bear Skin (from Grizzly Bears) to the Fur Tailor in Nightmist.

Why would something a berserker wear...shimmer? My idea of a berserker is a big, mean, dumb, bloodied, foaming at the mouth combatant. Shimmer in retrospect, brings me to think of calm waters in the moonlight and of cute little faeries frolicking around.

I Think that on 1-alt wolves themselves could easily drop the item, they aren't killed too often as it is and it is 0 armor. Would just have a low drop rate. I had been talking with a staff member in the past about 0 armor for zerks for all slots, though it seemed plausible, deemed uneccesary. I think you gotta ask yourself, do I want a boss, do I want a quest, can I have a new area, or some fixes to the way the game is played, or some armor and weapons which have little effect other then eye candy. You're lucky to get 1 of those nowadays.

With all that being said.
