The selection process does not work this way. Generally we choose staff ourselves from monitoring the behaviour of individuals, or if they contribute work of good quality to the game.

Element isnt a bad choice, knows the game and is...decent at it , course he wouldnt be as good as myself but hey , also dont forget Pandiman that if "someone" got staff they would most likely act a lil diff then they would being just another retard in the retard pool

Those of you that are mean to Element should not be, however I don't agree with those of you who support Elemet... I think that this should be left up compleatly to the Sysop's... Much like the jedi councle from the game I'm currently playing (Starwars: Knights of the old republic... damn, who did I get off topic so quick...) Anyways, I think it would be better if you just say: (Sry for useing you as an example, you're just the most recent posts, and this way I can see what you said as I type the fast reply...)

Being staff is alot of hard work and responsibilities. I know its not easy in being staff member. I never was a staff member but I am creating a game something like nightmist but will be in .W3D format and will be pretty much computer animations (something like everquest). And my friends are harassing me on how to create the game and what I should do and stuff and it driving me nutz but I can handle a little pressure here and there. So I am pretty much feeling somewhat of the pain that JLH, Pandilex, Stotic, etc. are putting up with. So if the staff of nightmist are hiring a new staff member, good luck and hope you get a good one.

The only good chice for staff right now would be Stigmata. He is ex staff he knows what he is doing and will help the game alot. At the moment though i dont think JLH wants anymore staff. If he did he would make a post saying he is looking.
