Okay so a little update. The clan will be run on a system. It will be fully enforced with no exceptions unless there is a valid reason to change or tweak some thing.
PART 1.
There will be four founder positions as listed below.
****Clan Trip Organizer
-This position will be responsible for taking memo's as to what clan members need. He will decide what bosses need done and get done. It will be some one who is very experienced with the game, and can lead trips.
***Inner Clan Relations
-This position is fully responsible for keeping the peace and keeping people happy. If there is an issue with a clan member ect. This will be the person to speak with. It will be some one who can handle the issues swiftly with out creating more trouble or making some one feel like they have to go. Don't get me wrong if you persist in causing trouble you will be removed. How ever this position will ensure that the drama is kept to a minimum.
**Clan R&D (Reaserch & Developmen)
-This position will be responsible for taking on all members suggestions. Aswell as thinking up of thier own ways to improve the clan. We will be looking for some one who will think of ways to improve how the clan does things, what the clan does, aswell as improving our standing with staff and the community as a whole.
*Clan Events
-This position will be fully responsible for running clan events. I have some events in mind, but i would like to see more eventually to the point where there is some thing for everyone. This person will be dedicated to managing these events.
***NOTE: Jase, Mike, and I. Will not fill ANY of these positions. They will be filled by members who we sit fit to lead in the specific catagories. The three of is will act as CEO's. The people that maintain these positions will largley be responsible for them. We will step in and check on how things are, how ever the people appoint are appoint to do a job. So i believe we should let them do it.***
***NOTE: Leaders will be chosen by we three, and the founder of the position needing assistance. Leaders will be helping the founders.***
PART 2.
Rules.
1. Abuse of staff will not be tolerated. You're welcome to your opinion but keep it to yourself. No matter what staff does, or does not do. One thing is for sure, abuse will not fix the problem. The only result will be members banned, and a clan that looks like chumps.
2. Respect the system, and use it. The system isn't there for looks. Also respect the peole who head the system. By no means are they better than members. Never the less they have a job to do, and it's always nice to help them do it.
3. Have fun. I know everyone says this. I believe this system and it's structure will optimize fun. With all the problems and chaos out of the way what is thier left to do.
PART 3.
Here is a quick look at some events i would like to run.
-A 50/50 Raffle
-A points system where by you get points doing things such as helping with tokens, clerics ect.
-Server Moshes, For the most part staff have taken leave of the 1a server. For good good reason i supose. I want a clan that not only reaches out to it's members, but one that may also have a good effect on the server.
