I went away from Nightmist a while. ( I was on it way to much ) and now that I'm back, I got excited due to the fact I was about to get back on, but, I had forgotten my account name..

Simple question, how do I get it back? ( Simple? )

Oh oh in that case, what about an old account with an old crit named Atlas, a level 28 paladin, there is question as to what race it was... Sigh. I know I know, it's gone forever... are you sure there is never any record of the clan Assembly of the Divine either?

Yeah I know, when restorer came out it was the first crit I'd tried to locate, the idea of looking for an account rather than a crit seemed like it could create a minor chance for someone to 'stumble' across the crit, in whatever recess it has come to dwell. You admin chaps have searched for it before, he's been gone around 2 years now. The name is now a druid owned by (I think) Eternyte (could very possibly be wrong).

P.S It might have even been nicked along with Deval & Protac when Enex (dance Pauly dance) broke into my account at that time, and maybe I was so concerned about losing my two fav archies that I didn't even notice... doubt it. I hope this isn't the case. :)

Got my account name back. Got another problem, when I double click the Nightmist shortcut, it just says "Wrong version of run-time DLL." Whats this all about and how do I fix it?

since that message is not one nightmist does, it must be a windows thing, and i would guess it means the vb runtimes are out of date. nightmist does try to update them, but i guess you got a box saying ignore or retry when installing, and you clicked ignore. close all programs, then run the latest installer

Didn't make a difference. Are there any minimum requirements for the game?

Did you get a new computer?, as you said your coming back so if its the same computer you shouldn't have any problems. Unless its due to new software you've put on it.
