you should be able to buy a system message, would make things easier, for like if you had a crit to sell, it would also reduce yelling in the game,

If staff allow this, which I doubt they will. I think it should be in the form of a shout scroll. Costing near 100k or so. Otherwise people will abuse the function.
However, they could be used as a prize for some moshes and such events. I dunno.. Just playing with the idea
