I think theres been something on this before but nothing has been done so im bringing it up again.

Clay Golem: You can not harm that which is not alive

Yet its not undead. So either make it undead (prefered option by me) or change what it says ;)

Kind of limited logic you're using there, eh? Because it's not alive, it must be undead? Many things are not alive but are certainly not undead - water, air, rocks, etc.

I assume you're aruging that the Clay Golem was brought to life using Necromatic means, thus, healing spells should damage them. However, it's most likely that the Clay Golem is put together through a different medium.

My guess goes to an elemental trapped inside the Clay Golem - something smart enough to use the body effectively yet not a genuinely sentiment life-form (at least in my eyes).

Yes this is similar to the tables and chairs in sarka - they are not alive only beiong controled by the enchanter - doesnt make them undead.
Maybe the golums are being controled by the monach or another unknown force
If smoking 1 cig takes 30 seconds from my life, but laughing adds 5 minutes, if I get stoned every night do I live forever?
