I got a 212 ac on felony spelled up w/ almighty retribution. just curious as to how much higher i can get it.

Not exactly, wisdom effect how much armor you get with armor spells...so with elves they have more wisdom thus giving more armor when spelled.Probably 219. With the halfling +7 armor bonus.
I dont know the exact equation to figure it out but just saying

btw, wiz on the cleric matters for AR not wiz on the person recieving the spell, i think w/ ale keg, hades ammy, boots of time, i can get electron to about 217
