I always thought base damage was 31. When it was changed?

Hate to break the news to you Sergei... it was always 30! No weapon (other than staff weapons) has a base damage higher then 30, and I sense that will always be the big daddy of base damage.

I'm guessing he thought it was 31 at some point because one of the help websites out there has it listed as 31. Don't remember which, I just remembering seeing it and laughing to myself.
