The problem being your making the money out of something there not charging you for. If they were charging you to play then there shouldn't be, but there not so your making profit out of something they've madeu may of created it, but everyone put there time into trainin the crits and everything...so not sayin nething by it but i dont see the big problem wit it

so then when the game ever does become p2p will that allow us to sell i mean then were paying for the use of the game making our accounts ours outright wither or not owned/created by you there soley ours as we have payed our fee to use themlol, please don't do this, we don't like people making money out of things we have created
which would mean then were free in our own right to sell them if we wanted?

if you rent a bike you can't sell it either even tho you payed the fee, the bike would still be the companies.
same with nm, you pay a fee to use the services created by the company that created nightmist. it will still be theirs you jsut pay to use it.

Since the character information and everything else is stored on the server, the characters still belong to JLH, the information you would be selling belongs to JLH, and therefor, you can not sell something that you dont own.

Its pretty much self explanatory, meaning that selling NM things on Ebay is not right and detrimental to the game.

Me too, I gave alot of my crits away, but after 6 long months of intense training, I now have the lost experts I had back then. I STILL don't have an arch.
