Well, I took a lot of 'A' Hour classes and only had to take ½ of grade 11. So from second semester of it to the end of grade 12, i took football, the best sport known to man.

EDIT: the class isn't actually football, but I took Team Sports and just played football lol.

I bet you all will be longing back to school after working for about 20yrs 9-5 every weekday.

I had best time ever in school even if it was different system than in US (yrs 7-15 in elementary school, 16-19 in highscool and you can go to uni after that).

In elementary school we had same class since grade 1 and in grade 7 (7g) we were the worst class in school, one teacher ended up having nervous breakdown (legend says it's cuz of us, but don't believe everything you hear). We were punished by not letting us going to school trip so we went with our main class teacher (he was in charge of us, a drunk teaching physics) alone in some mountain hotel for 3 days. We got blamed for breaking in school and burning about 5 class books with grades where each class had one big book, with every persons grades from each subject (again, don't believe everything you hear). We would cut classes, whole class of 28 something ppl, fake doctor notes, cheat on exams, go thru vent system (guys only) to peak at girls taking showers, had small parties, fights with other classes. In 8th grade (last in that school), we were the kings with 5 out 6 real badboyz of the school going in our class. We weren't as bad as before and somehow teachers werent giving us as much crap as they used to.

Then highschool, first real women, hilarious class (out of 500 students our 30 all had top 50 grades, by the end of first year, we hade on average worst grades of whole school), great crowd, best teachers, from hilarious to totally wicked, it was all there. Parties, heartbreaks, fights, studying, events that you just won't believe happened, first cars...

Damn I miss those days.

Then the uni came along, living at dorm 4 years straight with only women, i dont know if it's my luck but it's been like 15 different girls living here, huge parties, anxiety of studying 3 weeks 5 hrs/day every day and still failing, or worlds largest hangover of 5 days straight drinking, working bars, meeting incredible mass of ppl, it's just great. School rules, I hate working...

I'm finishing my second year of high-school now. I can already tell you that these are the best years of my life. I never want to grow up! I want to go to school, wear that crappy uniform, get yelled at by teachers and VPs, hang out in the cafeteria, go to parties on school nights and get yelled at by my parents, meeting new people... It's just so amazing!

Graduating scares me to no extent. I don't want to have to leave this all behind. It's so depressing. >_<

:/ I happen to be a high school drop out, I half finished my grade 11 and dropped and lost hope of ever getting back in, I'm going to be settling for getting my GED instead. I only quit because I couldn't handle being around so many people anymore and my brain sort of gave out on me, couldn't do any of the work anymore. But school isn't so bad, I had fun there before I moved away from my home of 10 years but even then it wasn't so bad in the other place....BTW Stay in school you retards

There were these posters of little people in the hallways who used to talk to me... so did the hamster in biology, but i think he was a few frys short of a happy meal so when he said 'dogs and humans cannot make children' i decided to prove him wrong.

Behold, my first born child. Son of spot.

You know, most say they hate school. I kind of wish I could go back. It's weird not being around those people you've known the majority of yer life. I'm going to be bored off my arse for about another year yet.

You know what else.. ever since then I've came to the realization that I've matured for the most part. I'm not flipping out on people 24/7 and I'm not getting all down in the dumps... maybe that has to do with something else though.

I'm telling ya'll... to enjoy it while you can. I still am going to dread adult life.. as I have to be more responsible and more independent.

School is pathetic, why?

My story:

Note: In this doggone story I am going to let my human arrogance show.

I'm doing fine, I didn't have a TV in my home, less time wasted. More time to learn. Wait... nope! I played computer all day. This is more beneficial than watching TV, for it is interactive and I have learned alot on the computer.

Man, I was programming (in BASIC) on the computer and doing rather decent algebra (not using much multiplication or division, but still enough algebra to make a simple text adventure, like Zork)at age 7, but there was school.

I remember first grade. Starting every day, we would go to the corner of the room. Oh, the teacher would take a straw out and put it in the 'ones' bucket. Today is one day of school. Then on the tenth day of school. We would bundle up 10 straws and put it in the 'tens' bucket.

Come on, when I could do algebra, we were still learning SIMPLE DOGGONE PLACE VALUE??

So, a few booooring years passed by 'til third grade, I had this pathetic teacher who sent me out in the hall for 'disrupting class'. Oops. Well, at the beginning of the year, I remember her saying "In my class, everybody has a right to be heard". Then, we all learned to multiply.
The next year we learned long division.
Whoa, everybody was catching up!

They did.

That was math, I learned to hate math. It was all homework and useless repeating things.

Now for reading.

I read a lot. I have always read a lot. At night, I am not sleepy when I am sent to bed. I read, this makes me sleepy. I sometimes, when I have a long book, will read for several hours. In fact, not sometimes--- often. In third grade, I could read three 'hardy boys' (which I now find disgusting) books if I wanted to, each night.

That's not really a standard. At my school, to show how good a reader you were, you had to read 'long' books like 'harry potter' (curse it). Anyway, Harry Potter books were rather decent in length for me, and would last me a while. The problem is, when reading, I don't care about the quality, just the quantity. Anyway, the fourth book I read in a day. The fifth, a day. Now I regret it, those were pathetic books. These were in fifth grade.

There, I'm a good reader. I find reading stupid books like some 'on top of spagetti' book are boring. The only thing interesting I liike to read in elementary school were fables.

Speaking of fables: A Fable

So, that was reading.

What else is there? I read alot so therefore naturally was a good writer and knew alot about science. I was one of the few who actually payed attention on social studies and science classes so I knew alot about those. My father is a history teacher with a Ph.D too.

AND I'M DOGGONE STUCK READING 'on top os spagetti'

I'm really fond of school.

Thanks.

Sorry, I'm not ever that arrogant, usually.
