Clerics have this spell, its called 'Wrath of the Gods'

i could say the same thing about Blast and Stormwrath
or shock and Jolt
but hurrican does something slightly different to Wrath of the gods

I say that would be a perfect spell especially for the newer people that get pked as soon as they leave nm and maby make it weaker as your lvl gets higher and you dont get as much exp from it
