One off on Wis.... Should i use as a druid or not?

Yeah i'd go with the ranger.

1 off wis = 1 off initial mana, slightly lower stormwrath damage, and slightly lower armor from spells.

I've got a low level similar, but 1 off 5...its not ALL about stats. It would still make a really good druid. Practically, once you're past level 15-20 you use morph and stormwrath in more situations (except moshes).

i have a human druid with 15 wiz.. /morph and it's just as good as any other druid the only times you want perfect stats is in player v player combat .. eg this 15 wiz druid faceing another human of higher wiz is sure to be torn up by stormwrath, but faceing say a zerker i could morph and hit it as hard as any other druid would.. it really all depends on what you want to do with the character, as an all round crit those stats will work fine as a druid or ranger

lol joe has a good point really depends on what you wanna use the crit for if you use it in a boss killing party and are morphed most of the time it dont matter, but player vs player you armor spells are less as well as your damage for stormwrath. Some people never p vs p and its all good.
