Any lvl really, but it's nice to be lvl 21+.

I find it.. inconsiderate when people rob monsters.. knowing some time that someone is going to come by and kill it. You should get more exp from training, than robbing.. since the whole PT was removed.

I stole dessy all the time cuz it pissed people off...I wouldent try it without a lvl 25+ thief

its kinda fast money but its better to get loads of alts and just round the monsters off like me
