The boots of time give you +1 wisdom, but is that actually useful for pacis? Are there undead that use magic, so the boost is actually effective?

I think the only effect a Wisdom booster has on a Pacifist is causing them to fizzle their spells less often.

Monster and player magic work differently. Wisdom can cause a player to resist another player's spell sometimes, but from my experience it has no effect on monster spells.
