Circle Of Healing

We were talking about how Circle of Healing sucks and is never used, and how it could be improved, and we came up with the idea to make it a heal over time spell. Not sure if this is possible right now, but thought I'd throw it out there.
A cleric would cast Circle of Healing on his party and it would grant a wisdom amount of hp to everyone in his party every 10 seconds, for 2 minutes, or until another spell is cast by the cleric (similar to Justice Zone). Obviously mp cost would have to be tested, but it should be reasonably high, we thought 20-30mp per head. We also thought that it would be cool if when another cleric cast Circle of Healing on the group, it would stack and give twice the healing, or enhance the healing. We thought that it could be implimented as a level 36 spell, since it is clearly an advanced spell, and to give more incentive to level past 35.

After further discussion, I agree it should be a lower level spell. Leave Circle of Healing as it is but make it a heal over time spell, giving hp every 10 seconds. Then make a GM+ version that is more healing for more mp. Be cool if it was dropped by a boss, similar to AoP.
