I've noticed that quite a few players have custom pictures in the game now. It's nice to see players willing to donate some money to the game they love and have something to show for it, but I need to ask you to heed a warning.
Please avoid using copyrighted pictures, or pictures that you don't have permission to use. Using artwork without the explicit permission of the artist is highly frowned upon, and if it's copyrighted, there's a risk that JLH might get sent a "Cease and Desist" or worse. When a custom picture gets uploaded, it essentially becomes part of the game's assets, and I may like particular images enough to use on monsters and items (a recent example would be the Drow Rogue). It's hard to check the copyright and fair use status on an individual image, especially with how shrunk down they are for Nightmist, so I would please ask players to be more cautious in future.
