[Squee]

Squee stood at Arilin's gate. The Harabec Guard stood over watch of him (well, so he thought) quite valiently. His (or her, it was difficult to tell) armour shone brilliantly in the mid-day sun. Squee was about as tall as any normal child, maybe even a little shorter. He wore a set of Golden Robes, yellow with a crimson trimming. Under his arm was tucked a Silver Staff, one which he always carried around with him. However, both these items were far too large for him and were obviously made for a mage of a much higher...stature than Squee.

Even besides his enomormous clothes, Squee's appearance was even more shocking. His body was completely covered in fur (save his palms) and his face looked almost identical to a rat's - his ears sprouted from the top of his head and his nose came to a point where 6 whiskers sprouted out. However, now that his robe's hood was fully drawn over his face, these features were difficult to tell.

Under the hot, after-noon sun, Squee began to rummage through his robe's many spell compartments. He did this for quite some time, his actions becoming increasingly hastey. Suddenly, his face began to scrunch up as he blinked once...then twice.

Squee sat down and began to cry loudly, rubbing at his eyes, throwing his tail about here and there on the open street of Arilin.
