It looks like you are trying to run the program without the graphics in the folder... make sure you unzipped it correctly.

At some point I'll make it display a niceer message

If you build it, they will come.

Interesting you said that, last time I unzipped it there was a bunny. I redid it there was no bunny. I only have 5 gfx and 13 tiles.
