Cabbage = Prrick. Also I believe the item is a clue to an area, which I am guessing everyone knows about.

Something in the place of darkness = entrance out of illuminated tunnel.

Not a rose, but can still prrick = a vampire bat.

Clue to the location of Kantele (the elven village). Or that is what I am guessing it is. I could be wrong.

I was thinking the exact same thing, but me and tony traveled through there a few times not to long after he got it and never found anything, im thinking tony needs to try using it on every type of crit before he sells, might regret it in the long run.

Um when did he get it? And I figured there was going to be an elven village near the ill tunnel the very first time I was there in fact I tried to go up at the up spot into the dark woods just because of the descriptions so I doubt it would have had to do with that anyways. but the Idea of poking like a thorn of a rose is a good start could there be another "darkness" other than the dark woodlands, or have to looked around the entire woodlands (or is that what you ment cause I got the imppression you ment the tiny little tunnel).
