im new with a lvl 18 pally 18 10 21 17 18 19 so where can i train now and as i lvl up (and directions to the places would be great) thx

Hate to be harsh, but may I suggest you try exploring a little yourself?
I'm sure you'll find somewhere you like to train by doing so

Charon, do you read other peoples posts - That's about as harsh as something totally unharsh.

Triken Forest (to the West of the Forest of Souls) tends to be quite quiet and is quite good experience until level 20 or so. After that you might want to try your luck in the Illuminated Tunnels.

Aw, I'm for helping people as much as the next person (or at least the next nice person) but I'm sorry, I think this nice person deserves the chance to explore for themselves ^^
And I would still advise them to
'Normal' training locations aren't always best. Sometimes, even frequently, but not always ^^

Paladins can fight and heal- they're walking talking map explorers. Let them explore ^^;;

(Fine fine... replace "harsh" with "unhelpful" if you choose *sighs* I just... think people should explore for themselves sometimes rather than asking others where to go. It's more fun that way, I promise you ^^)
