Okay. To begin with - yes I have searched all these suggestions to see if they have been suggested previously.





1. Party Commands.

This has been suggested previously, but wasn't given much attention. If you look at the thread three things were suggested; party loc, party history, and party emotes.



Party loc I do not agree with - mainly because it's pointless and will just cause unwanted work for JLH, but i'd like to bring up party history ('history) again.



Party history would be very useful, because on one-alt trips and moshes if the leader moves around squares with large descriptions the text box is quickly wiped of all chat, and it is difficult to scroll up and view the chat because of the constant movement.





2. Holding Down Macro's in Moshes.



I know this one will get some flaming, but i'm going to say it anyway.



As most of you know (or should know) you get kicked off the server for holding down macro's (because of something which previously happened with sticking down a macro key and getting free exp), and I think this should be removed during moshes - or atleast raise the 'kicking' time. Mainly because during moshes it's easy to get caught up in the rage of the mosh, and hold down the macro key to try to kill your opponent on sight - then suddenly you get a pop-up message saying "Don't hold down macro's" and your kicked out of the mosh.





And yes, this has happened to me many times, lol.







So yeah. Don't flame - only suggestions. CC please

I agree with party history and party emotes, but not the macro-kick thing. Allowing near unlimited macro holding just seems too.... automated or skill-less to me. Using skill loosely, but I don't think it's to much to just get as many hits in as you can when they pop on screen. It adds at least a little more challenge to it.

I agree with you to some extent - why I put "maybe raise the kicking time".




What is the current kicking time for holding down macro's? 5 seconds / 10 seconds?







Okay, just experimented. Held down a macro key for 10 - 15 seconds (didn't time it exactly) and nothing happened. Then I walked about 10 squares and I just happened to be out of a city - then it kicked me.





So could we atleast make it kick immeadiately if not at all?

its based on the number of key entries within a time limit.

If you have your key repeat rate set higher you have more chance of getting kicked
