This spell has been reached by very few of the holyest warriors. It's definatly one of the best spells to have if you are experienced enough. This spell origenated when the evil forces were getting to powerful for thier healing alone.

Cost: ....5000?

wis*3+7 = damage ((to players) does +1 damage to player for every 10 pks, hey it kills evil)Cannot be half or completely resisted, and damage does not change according to wis (defence wise).

wis*4.5+7 ((undead enemies) ranges from +7 to +12) Cannot be half or completely resisted, and damage does not change according to wis (defence wise).

Did I leave anything out?

I don't actively PK but Squee does have 106 Player Kills on his profile (from duels, of course).

Hooray, my tyranny can finally come to an end. o_o

I'd get owned by Paladins if this get's put in. And it's a good way to stop pking. I don't think someone would like 2 arch Paladins taking out thier whole party of 10.

I don't believe Paladins should have an offensive spell - their sword is for that. It is a nice spell, but it is not the way of the Paladins to use offensive spells... that's down to the Mage mostly.

You could just rip off the name smite instead, and have the spell add the damage to the melee attacks for a certain amount of time.

Then their sword would still be their only offence tool, but it would be that much better against evil people/creatures.

Though I think that the spell should do damage to characters based mainly on how many pks they have, and less so on a stat formula. Maybe even have every death they've dealt be dealt back to them as one hp.

maybe anything in an arena, petes, or a mosh shouldnt count toward your pk count.

Kills in a mosh don't count as far as I know. As for kills in Crazy Pete's, that would be tricky as it is a normal square... but it is no XP-loss... *ponders*

Erm... but isn't this topic regarding a new Paladin spell?

It used to, used to be that pks counted but deaths by players didn't
They say sing while you slave and I just get bored..

Well Squee, maybe it should teach you to lose more duels :P, but I think that people that pk for revenge, that's where a problem comes...I mean, it's only human nature, even non pk clans do it. Maybe it could be the formula, but - the deaths you have. wis*3+7 through 12+pks/10-deaths/5, so someone with 100 pks and 50 deaths..., and a Paladin with 19 wis would do 64-69 casting it on a player, so if you have 1 death for every 2 pks than your pk count should'nt take into affect when you cast it on a player.

What if someone has a margin of 1000 in pk's(which could happen), you'd end up with.

On a Human

19*3 = 57 + 7 = 64 + 100 = 164 thats if I understood what your saying. This would mean nothing would stand a chance.

You are correct, but that's considering that he hasn'r died once, which I dout, if he died 500 times, then that 1000 kills mean nothing.
