yes it is main, 600k is the top current bid yes

But is that bid on condition that the dagger exists on 1-alt (which it doesn't), or is it a bid of 600k from someone else?

yes the 600k seems to be invalid and i apologize for falling behind on checking up on this, so 600k bid by Crane is now the top
