ive ben getting booted laitley and its not only me its a couple of my friends and its all of a sudden 1 second ill have a ping of like 120 then it will just freeze n e 1 else with the same problem help me please!

I was sure one of the lines was playing up, as when I tried to do Alt DNS, I got on fine... Maybe just coinsidence?

Anyway, looks like it's royally mooseed atm.

the server exe has recently been freezing, i've no idea why, i guess i screwed up somewhere on a recent update, it just seems to get stuck in a loop
i will find it as more evidence (freezes) happens.

I dont think just letting it keep on freezing will help anything, what were those supposed ''server updates'' for then? for the server to get crapier? because I really dont think they helped anything because before the updates the game is fine but after the updates the game gets laggy,freezes,boots, etc. so what are we suppose to do? just sit and let all of this stuff happen over and over again? I mean, dont ppl donate to the game like almost everyday for this NOT to happen? or are they wasting their money? because thats what it looks like and I feel sorry for the ppl that donated and are getting crap service in return. I mean if I had the money to donate, I would, but unfortunately I don't, well I do, but I'm only 17 lol and I dont think my mom would let me max out her credit card for you JLH so you can make the needed repairs to the server but when feb. 24th(my 18th bday rolls around) we'll see until then well I dont know

JLH, how many lines of code are there? Out of that huge number, how many lines could be causing this?

Suzey, a hell of a lot of work goes into this game. Just because JLH messes up one or two lines every now and then, doesn't give you the right to complain - Be greatful for what you've got.

i have narrowed it down further and may have fixed it (not sure though, as what i did shouldn't be related, but when i did it originally was the rough time problems started happening), we'll see what happens...

Wtf? I know how much ''work'' goes into this game, I wasnt bad mouthing him or degrading his work I was simply putting in my opinion about the situation. I dont complain, hell, I dont even post on forums half the time because of people like you that take every single thing someone says as wrong, you can kiss staff's butt all you want by trying to flame my opinion but dont be a hypocrite and get all defensive when someone turns around and does the same thing to you. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.

JLH probably just didn't notice where he made a mistake, there are loads of different functions in Nightmist and its easy for him to forget about one and later on notice that he didnt edit it to suit the other functions and what not.

I know sometimes ill be building a program and itll mess up, ill find out a week later that if "this" is happening at the same time as "that" and "that" can not coexist with "this".. I get a bug..
