Ok so I was out killing bandits and got a Cobbler's Hammer. There is no information listed for this item on the wiki, so I am turning here. Out of all the listed bandit drops, only the copper chalice has any info. This says to give it to a guard for a Services to Harabec Coin. I am assuming that all of the drops except the dagger can be used the same, if that is the case, what are the coins for? There is no information on that in the wiki either. Does anybody know what it is for?

Indeed so. It's a mid-level quest that you can do for an XP reward.
Most of the items dropped by Bandits can be handed to a Harabec Guard for a services coin.
