Lol, some of you evidently didn't read my last post (the one about not being in NM to invite newbs)

Anyways, we don't need entry requirements. Some dude just left the clan because we were all out training away and he wanted 15k to buy some lvl 17 fighter with dex 20 - we told him to roll his own, he whined, we told him to roll his own again, so he left.
Kinda like an automatic entry requirement thingy

These are a few words describing TR (I'm in TA):

Arrogant, unfriendly.

These are a few words descriping TA:

Weird(or wierd ;-) ), friendly, variety.

We've got noobs, we've got experience players.

We've even got the most experienced n00b out there. *point to himself*.


When I was looking to join a clan, I'm like "I've had enough of little clans, lets go for a big one". I look at TR first. No, they only accept archies. (in over 2 years of nightmist, I have none). Then I look at TA. Hooway, they're weird (like me), friendly, and cool.

Now when I look at TR, I'm like "Our hearts bleed of loyalty. Our words spell of friendship..." Yeah right. "... A desire for friendship..." Killing every newbie in sight is really friendly "...Friendship is hard word to spell with one’s blood...".. Yup, it is, especially when it's innocent NEWBIES blood. "...The noble cause." Killing newbies is noble, right.

Come on.

You are entitled to your opinion Mec, but so am I. I for one think that your continued negative posts show that you are in fact the unfriendly and arrogant one. *gives Mec another cookie*

one member gets drunk and posts a starts a pointless thread and you loose respect for the whole clan, really doesnt make sense when you consider that theres a fair amount of us...you cant judge a clan by one members actions (unless the clan has one member ). also, i dont agree with all your posts, but i havent lost all respect for you, please try to treat us the same way

as for all you people saying: 'i could get to no.1 easy if i invited anyone and everyone', i challenge you to try it. first off, when your clan is back down the ranks with low amounts of members, no one wants to join anyway, and there are getting on towards 100 other clans who would also be happy to accept anyone. its not easy. and then you have to be careful cause more members can mean more drama, and without patience the clan can fall to pieces. and you need good leadership from founders etc to help sort everyone out, and it generally requires a lot of 'maintenance work'.

now add to this the fact that when we started out the highest lvl in the clan was lvl 19 or less, and have never really had any of the really 'good' people stick in the clan, so we've had to work for what we've got. and we had all our members booted 3 times, had all ourclan bank gold stolen twice, we even had four (yes four!) of our founders leave not so long ago. yet we have stuck with it and worked through our problems (unlike certain other clans ) and come out on top. so stop saying its easy if you invite anyone, because its probably harder. so there

o and also if we just invited lvl 10s after they come out of training arenas, then they wouldent have lots of alts. which means hardly any members

Who cares about him, how you can respect a person who does nothing but nitpick peoples posts and puts down their ideas is beyond me, but you are right i don't base my opinion of his clan by him.

As for this thread, it was posted while i was slightly intoxicated but who cares get over it, at the end of the we reached no1 and i was stoked.

It seems alot of people need a hug, contact me ingame an i will be happy to help rid you of the green eyed monster.

Okay, yeah, I see your point. ^^; And yes, I probably shouldn't just judge your clan by one thread but...still...you have to admit, this thread does nothing but cause more strife in all of Nightmist.

I personally don't care how you reached those high ranked numbers; be it inviting everyone or pumping in millions of millions of gold or a combination of both. Getting to #1 is no easy task and I'll give you kudos for that.

However, when a thread is created simply to spite others...well...that's just bad form. If I wrote something about DH being better than everyone else, no doubt a negative vibe would be sent through Nightmist (and I'd probably get booted, too ^^;).

And, Thunderja, yes, I know you were drunk and that you weren't exactly in the right mind when you wrote this...but...did you try PM'ing someone to maybe delete this thread?

Well...I can see being happy in the sense of "Oh! Thank you guys so much for helping make this clan the best it can be!". I can tolerate that. It's being humble and thankful.

I also struggle to see any real problem with my original post, my second one maybe was a drink too many.

The hint of "Ha Ha" comes from months of been given nuts just for been in this clan, alot of people have posted bs about us and i dislike them and find it slightly amusing that every clan they have been in has long since disbanded.... apart from one anyway Soz to any offence i have caused to people who arnt on the same pitiful lvl as them.

Look, TR has been making fun of TA and being morons at us and all, a member is going to leap at a chance to do the same to them. Personally, I think TR deserves this. I think clans doing this to each other is actually beneficial, for fierce competition is likely to strengthen both parties.

Im really not sure if T.R gives a nuts, I don't either the only reason I bother mentioning them is because i want to take their no 1 spot. To be perfectly honest T.R has only once or twice annoyed me with slagging as they can actually back up their words.

Lets not get personal at one group of people, the original drunken post was directed at the many people who many of us can own in any aspect of this game yet continue to talk nuts.

Alright, I doubt that any of you know me, or have heard of me, because I'm a small time person. I don't like to speak up that much, but seeing all of this ignorance just made me want to say something. Both sides are saying the same thing over and over again. It's so retorical from both sides that it's not even funny. Both clans obviously have ego's, whether they be individual, or clan based. It doesn't matter, because you know what? Those two things are basically the same when you think of the overall picture. You guys are just bitching back and forth at each other about whose better and who did what to get members. All that doesn't even matter. I mean, I don't have any disrespect for either of your clans, because honestly, I don't even deal with them that much at all. I have too much stuff going on in my own clan to worry about. But seeing both of these "high" ranked clans go at it like this, I could inderstand where people could lose respect. Because from what the numbers show, the rankings are based on numbers. Nothing else. Not loyalty, not teamship, not any of the really important things that bring a clan together. Nothing but numbers determine the rankings. And from what I've seen on here, if the rankings were determined any other way besides numbers, neither one of your clans would be ranked very high. I don't mean to offend anybody, I am just stating my opinion. If you don't like it, that's fine with me. Flame me if you want. I don't care. Because I don't let stupid stuff get to me like this. You guys are sitting here arguing over whose a better clan? That's just plain dumb. Sure you can talk about how you lost all of your clan's gold, or disbanded and had to bounce back or any of that. And that's awesome that you could bounce back from something like that. It really is. But if you bounced all the way back, just to argue with each other, then really, what was the point? What ever happened to just having some fun? I mean, that is the point of the game is it not? I know most of you will probably say, "Well who the hell are you to talk about something you don't even know about?" And that is to be expected. I understand where you're coming from there. But once again, that just shows ignorance. Why would you flame somebody for stating an opinion? Everybody is entitled to their own words, and I'm just putting mine down. Flame me if you want, and really, I hope you have fun doing it, because it's not going to mean much. Flaming itself is a sign of redundancy. You're going to talk crap about somebody trying to say something about something else? And for no reason at all? What's the point? It's all just one big ego trip. And from what I've seen on this topic, it's coming from both sides. Now I can understand where TR is coming from when they said the first couple of things. But you don't have to keep going on about it. State your opinion, and let it go. If the other people keep going on about it, just know that you are the better person for it. And the same goes for TA. If any of TA had ever been in TR then they would have an opinion of what the clan is and how the people are in there, when i was in tr i had fun, there were always people on to talk to and joke with. All around tr is 100% better than the aviators. Dont think you deserve any respect because you invite so many low lvl crits and got lucky, i can think of few clans that have come close and failed sadly. Aviators wont be any differant.

Hmm...I don't really see the point of flamming them for posting they they hit #1...even if it was for a short time.
DA was much bigger about talking about it and such...
Anyway, congrats on getting a high clan score.

Edit- After seeing you guys bash TR's member base, I do feel I should post a bit more. You don't know what you're talking about. If you haven't been in TR, you don't know the people at all. They are cool and friendly for the most part. Arguements fly around sometimes, but for the most part everyone is cool. It's an old clan, so don't even start about clan loyalty with em, they've had the same general members since a year before TA existed to everyone else in the game. It is losing many since the boys from TR made Dynasty, basically from what I've seen it split male and female. TR still has Jim, Mary, Mike, Dylan, ..fk it, you guys know who you are, and know how to dominate.

And in response to Gaddy - if you look though the posts (which i'm sure no-one can be bothered to do) - you'll see it's not really the "founders" (for want of a better word) who are doing any kind of flaming/bashing.

Most of TR's founders have just said "grats" or "have a cookie" or "well done, but i don't really care" - it's been mostly people from other clans who've been abusive - and similarly from our side too.

At the end of the day rank IS only numbers, but then the whole game is only numbers and letters, so you'll forgive me if i save up 2 mil for our next room

HAH me and about 50 other ppl have had spy alts in your clan to pk you all day so yes i have been in your clan and i know what you ppl are like, a bunch of stupid noobs who have nothing better to do than invite every single member you see thats lvl 10.

I have no doubt in my mind that you're going to fail, you can have #1 spot and still be the worste clan in nm because of lack of skill.

As you said rank is numbers, skill is where it's at and you have maybe 1-2 semi-useful members.
